We sought a form of development for the sprawling area on the outskirts of Senožaty that would take into account current challenges and transport issues in the area. This vision should prevent further unsustainable development and outlines a long-term plan for parcelling, which envisages a new connection between the area and the existing village, thereby relieving congested junctions. At the same time, however, the concept also takes into account the compositional principles of the urban structure of the village and the adjacent axis of the pre-war cemetery, as well as options for dealing with rainwater in new construction.
