The proposal represents an innovative approach to development and densification in a residential area. The construction process is planned in three phases, which gradually transform a small family house into a modern apartment building and finally expand the original villa with new spaces for the investor himself. Resulting in quality and modern housing that makes the most of the limits laid out by local regulation.
