We propose an agro-turism farm focused on breeding one of the oldest American horse breeds, the Quarter horse, on a large plot of nearly 40,000 m2 in the Lusatian Mountains. The farm will offer short-term accommodation in a guest house. In the stables it is planned to breed 8 horses. The clubhouse will host business and friendly gatherings of admirers of these beautiful animals.
