How we brought a new wind in to a village that has always had such nasty winds that they named it after them.

The project looks at several scales, from the whole and wider relationship of the township to its surroundings, to the detailed design of the cemetery and library area. In the research and analysis phase, we looked at the environment of the township in the context of ecosystems, the ethos of place, and historical and functional development. The analytical part included a participatory meeting with local residents, which allowed us to better penetrate the issues at stake.
